Casey Stafford is a partner at Kightlinger & Gray, LLP where she focuses her practice on insurance defense matters, including professional liability mainly of insurance agents and attorneys, bad faith insurance issues and insurance coverage issues. Mrs. Stafford received her undergraduate degree from Butler University and went on to receive her juris doctorate from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Mrs. Stafford is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana and she routinely appears in state and federal courts and has handled matters heard by the Indiana Department of Insurance and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. Mrs. Stafford is currently working to earn her CPCU designation.
